Burn the fat, Feed the Muscle is probably the best book I've read in my life. Why would a guy who's already dropped nearly 300 pounds want to buy and read a book about burning fat? Because I believe in constant and never-ending improvement. I've been coaching people for quite a few years and with my success in weight loss and now weight management, you'd think that I knew most everything there was to know about reaching your fat loss goals.
What would your life be like if you were fit and healthy? How would you feel if you lost 25, 50 or even 100 pounds? Imagine waking up every morning and feeling great about yourself.

Weight Training Does it Better -- Or Does It?
Muscle burns more fat. Weight training is increasingly recommended as a fat-busting tool because some experts say extra muscle burns more energy than body fat at rest, so if you develop more muscle and have a higher muscle to fat ratio than before, you must burn extra energy and more stored fat as a result. This is true and has been shown in metabolic studies. However, the differences are not that dramatic; perhaps less than a few tens of calories per day for each pound of muscle increased, for most people.
Does that mean you shouldn't worry about weight training? Certainly not, because weight training has many other benefits for health and performance, not the least of which is extra muscle. It's just that this advantage has been somewhat overstated and we need to get this fat burning thing right in order to develop the best weight loss and performance programs.

Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle is a 341 page ebook that is packed cover to cover with very valuable information. It is in PDF format and due to it's length, you pretty much have to print it to follow along effectively. Be prepared to go through alot of paper and maybe an ink cartridge or two for your printer.
All in all, I highly recommend this product. You will not lose 30 lbs in 3 weeks, but you will have a step-by-step blueprint to help you achieve your weight loss goals in a healthy manner.
